About St. Rita / Sobre Santa Rita
A welcoming Catholic parish family in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas.
Our History / Nuestra Historia
St. Rita Catholic Church has served the Fort Worth community for generations, rooted in faith, family, and service. Founded to minister to the growing Catholic population on the east side of Fort Worth, the parish has grown into a vibrant, bilingual community.
Named after St. Rita of Cascia — the patron saint of impossible causes — our parish reflects her spirit of perseverance, compassion, and deep faith. Over the decades, St. Rita has been a spiritual home for thousands of families.
Our Mission / Nuestra Misión
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, celebrate the sacraments, and build a community of faith, hope, and love — welcoming all people regardless of background or language.
Proclamar el Evangelio de Jesucristo, celebrar los sacramentos y construir una comunidad de fe, esperanza y amor — dando la bienvenida a todas las personas sin importar su origen o idioma.
