How do you become a member of St. Rita's?

How do I go about getting an announcement published on the bulletin and/or announcements?

Please fill out the request form, add any file, and turn it into the office for approval.

¿Cómo hago para que se publique un anuncio en el boletín y/o anuncios?

Complete la solicitud, agregue cualquier archivo y entréguelo a la oficina para su aprobación.

What are the requirements to baptize at St. Rita?

Baptism are every 1st Saturday of the month at 2 p.m. ONLY. 

***If there are other children to baptize on the date of your liking, all children will share same celebration and be baptized together.

•             Baptism registration fee is $50, please bring exact change or check, we do not have change here.

•             Copy of child’s birth certificate

•             Baptismal preparation class certificates (for parents and godparents), classes are $25 per couple or single parent or single godparent. Can sign up for classes once all paper is given  to church. 

•             NOTE: The requirements have recently changed.

                Copy of both godparents’ baptismal certificate and 1st Communion are not required but preferred, confirmation, and marriage sacrament certificate are required**if godparents are a couple or in civil union with each other or other. 

•             Letter of good standing from home parish: signed by the pastor and has church seal, if not members of St. Rita. If you nor your candidate godparents, are not registered at any church, you must register at a church.

•             Godfather and Godmother covenant.

¿Cuales son los requisitos para bautizar en Sta. Rita?

Los bautismos son cada primer sábado del mes a las 2 p.m. SOLAMENTE.

***Si hay otros niños para bautizar en la fecha de su agrado, todos los niños compartirán la misma celebración y serán bautizados juntos.

• La tarifa de inscripción para el bautismo es de $50, por favor traiga el cambio exacto o cheque, no tenemos cambio aquí.

• Copia del acta de nacimiento del niño.

• Certificados de clases de preparación bautismal (para padres y padrinos), las clases cuestan $25 por pareja o padre soltero o padrino soltero. Puede inscribirse en las clases una vez que se haya entregado todo el papel a la iglesia.

• NOTA: Los requisitos han cambiado recientemente.

                 No se requiere copia del certificado de bautismo de ambos padrinos y de la Primera Comunión, pero se prefiere, se requiere confirmación y certificado de sacramento de matrimonio**si los padrinos son pareja o están en unión civil entre sí.

• Carta de buena reputación de la parroquia de origen: firmada por el párroco y con sello de la iglesia, si no son miembros de Santa Rita. Si usted ni sus padrinos candidatos no están registrados en ninguna iglesia, deben registrarse en una iglesia.

• Pacto Padrino y Madrina.
